Built for daily protocol work on one body region per session — back, chest, joints, legs — sequenced across a week.
**Built honest about what works.** The photobiomodulation literature is strongest at 660nm and 810/850nm. Both are here, full intensity. The other wavelengths (610, 630, 830) are present; they don't hurt, but they're not what's reaching your mitochondria. Wavelength count is what marketing leans on. Dose is what works.
**Built honest about dose.** Irradiance is spectrometer-measured at three distances — 150 mW/cm² at 3", 126 mW/cm² at 6", 108 mW/cm² at 12". At 12", a 5–8 minute session delivers 32–52 J/cm² per body area — cleanly inside the 2–30 J/cm² contemporary therapeutic window for the shorter end. Earlier Hamblin reviews cite a wider 4–60 J/cm² range; the 2024 evidence (Frontiers in Medicine review) narrows the better-evidenced contemporary range to 2–30 J/cm² per session. At 10 minutes at 12" (the original spec), you'd be at or above the contemporary upper bound; the panel gives you the range to dial in within the dose-honest window.
**Built durable.** 5-watt LEDs on ceramic substrate for thermal stability. Aluminum housing. 3-year limited warranty.
For people who already know what 660 + 850 nm should feel like and aren't shopping by spec-sheet wavelength count.
